After eight years in the musical near-wilderness of the Highlands (Elgin and Perth) Murray had had enough.

This sense of frustration coincided with a tasty bonus from work and led to the purchase of a pair of Denon S5000's, a mixer and another big amp and speakers sometime in early 2003.

A couple of months locked away practicing led to the loss of a girlfriend, but the event of his first gig in a wee pub in Perth.

After clearing the place entirely of punters in the first couple of hours things came good and he was well and truly hooked as the cheers of the (admittedly very small) crowd finished off the night.

Several impromptu gigs later (Land's End, Glasgow, Perth, Inverness, Dundee) Murray's now moved full time to Glasgow and will be playing in a Glasgow venue near you very soon.

Refusing to pigeonhole his tastes, Murray is a fan of most good music (i.e. music he likes) citing everything from House to Hip Hop; Funk to Techno, Salsa to Breakbeat and much more besides.
